Art and music festival, ‘Where Have All the Flowers Gone’ was conceived in the year 2014 right after American folk singer Late Pete Seeger expired in the same year. The festival’s theme was to celebrate the work of folk singer Pete Seeger, who was also an environmental activist. The festival also provided a platform to the youth of Manipur who have seen enough conflicts. The festival took place at Chingnunkok hillock, Lamlai, Imphal East which is around 15km from Lamlong Bazar. Many solo artists and music bands performed on the day, 3^rd May, which is also birthday of late Pete Seeger. The festival also brought together students from various schools for a painting competition with ‘how to save our environment’ as the theme
